These terms cover the website only. If your company works with us, your contract with us applies to that work.
Natum AI, Inc. is a technology services company. We help enterprises run their AI agents in production. We qualify, deploy and operate the models, chips and clouds underneath them.
Please don’t:
break, overload or try to hack the site;
scrape it with bots without our written permission;
copy our content or try to reverse engineer the site;
pretend to be Natum or someone else;
use it for anything illegal.
The text, design, logos and code on this site belong to Natum. “Natum”, “Natum AI” and our logo are our trademarks. You may view the site for your own information. Please don’t copy or reuse our content without permission.
What you read here is general information, not advice. Figures, examples and results may be estimates or illustrations, not promises. Our services are provided under separate written agreements.
If we share non-public information with you during calls or evaluations, please keep it confidential and use it only to evaluate working with us.
We may link to sites we don’t control. We are not responsible for them.
The site is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, Natum is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100.
If you have a problem, email legal@natum.ai first and give us 60 days to sort it out. If we can’t, disputes will be settled by individual binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, not as a class action. Either side can still use small claims court or go to court to protect intellectual property. California law applies.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.
